Over the Rainbow Association is an Illinois not-for-profit association dedicated to providing independent living solutions and employment opportunites for individuals with physical disabilities.

What They Do:

Over the Rainbow provides affordable and accessible apartments. Rainbow’s apartments have been designed specifically for low income individuals with physical disabilities that are able to live independently with the assistance of privately-contracted, personal care.

Additionally, Over the Rainbow provides job opportunities for individuals with physical disabilities through its Arboretum Business Center. Job training, assessment/outplacement, and mail fulfillment and product assembly services to local businesses provide work opportunities for its residents.
